According to Dennis Sullivan... There is a constant trickle of water that forms huge ice formations in the winter. The colder the winter, the bigger the ice formations.
I spent my whole childhood climbing on those rocks. They look the same today as in those pictures. My parents still live there. I went up there this Christmas and showed my daughter those ice formations.
